C4 Life is only available by booking directly through this site. We want to provide our guests with the best possible beach getaway, which is why we are excited to work directly with you to book a stay in our home! On the hunt? We don't list or offer our home on any sites other than our own, www.c4life-obx.com. So- you won't find us on a 3rd party booking sites such as VRBO, Craigslist, and AirBnB.
C4 LIfe is not a rental house, it truly is our dream home that we have worked REALLY hard to have and that we REALLY are excited to share with friends and new friends! Because we want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay, our rates include high quality linens, towels, professional cleaning both in the home and out (pool & hot tub weekly!), and Corolla Light Resort user fees for a max of 12 guests all at no additional fee!

Save the Date Deposit: This deposit to pre-reserve/hold your week will become your refundable Security Deposit once your reservation is confirmed when your Vacation Rental Agreement (lease) is signed. Deposits are $500 for new guests and $250 for returning guests.
Security Deposit Policy: As mentioned above, your Save the Date Deposit becomes your refundable Security Deposit once your reservation is confirmed. All Security Deposits are returned within 14 days of departure pending no damage. We understand mishaps happen, but if there is a problem, please let us know right away so we can sort it out before the next guests arrive.
